  2. Evan, Sean and Laura. I'm so sorry I couldn't be there today to express my sorrow and let you know how much Linda meant to me. She had such a wonderful sense of humor and even when life took us apart for a while, we always reconnected as if no time had passed. She loved you all so much - you were her life. She is your guardian angel now and will always be with you (so you had better behave). She blessed us all.
    Much love,
    Kathy Schroll

  3. It must have been a comfort and very gratifying to have that room filled with all the people who knew and loved Linda. Each of them have wonderful memories of her.
I called Dowling last evening and requested the Linda DVD. He was so kind--will send w/o charge. I told him I was a long-time friend.
You all are in my thoughts--it will be tougher when the hubbub calms down. It's all part of the grief process. Don't be afraid to talk to your family physician if it gets too heavy. With time, it will ease.
Take care and keep the blog going. It is a treasure.
BTW, this is a very nice obituary. The visitation gave me the opportunity to talk to everyone I wanted. Very comforting. Laura and Evan's comments were just right. Thank you. (What do you call that tall, slim, inflated, yellow "greeter" at the door as we entered? More of Linda's whimsy.)

    Love you,
    Trisha
